I’m Lauren and I’m a Lipstick Tomboy.

I’m a mom and an athlete, a photographer and a personal trainer, a TikToker and an honest friend. I am a person who loves to eat tacos and drink tequila. I love sneakers and I love high heels. I love hiking and exploring and absolutely love mani-pedis. Many days I live in only my freckles and mascara, but I can rock a candy red lip with the best of them.

This is a place where we can talk about fitness and sports as well as fashion and makeup. I want to explore the things that make me happy and make you happy. It’s also a place where women can come and be themselves unapologetically. It’s important to feel comfortable with who you are and where you want to go.
